In 2025, I expect a major shift from healthcare AI point solutions to enterprise platform that are going to enable a wide range of optimization initiatives across the organization.
Whether that’s in the hospital or in the community, we think that the time has come where organizations are moving from experimentation to deploying solutions that are going to deliver that kind of ROI that are looking for on multiple dimensions.
What are those dimensions? First, you want to deliver better outcomes, better care, better experience for your patients. Second, you want to make sure that you’re managing utilization in a very strained and economically challenged environment. Third, you have to make sure that your economics are also managed appropriately.
You’re helping clinicians. Do their jobs better, easier, make it more fun for them, more engaging and enjoyable, and allow them to spend more time with their patients, and less time in front of the screen, searching the EHR for what’s relevant.
